These terms explain the rules for using End The Phish, taking the quiz and purchasing our digital products.

1. About End The Phish

End The Phish provides scam-awareness education and practical digital protection tools. Our mailing address is 4645 Jane Street, North York, Ontario, Canada. You can contact us at ndifordee@gmail.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location.

3. Educational information

The quiz, personalized report, alerts and Protection Kit are provided for general education. They are not legal, financial, cybersecurity incident-response or emergency advice. Scam methods change quickly, and no guide can guarantee that you, your household, accounts or devices will avoid every scam or loss.

4. Quiz and email reports

Your result is based on the answers you provide and is an awareness indicator, not a professional risk assessment. We may send the report you request to the email address you submit. Marketing messages are handled separately under our Privacy Policy.

5. Product, price and delivery

The ScamProof Family Protection Kit is a digital product sold for the price shown on the product page, currently CAD $17 as a one-time payment. The product page describes the files included. Access is delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. No physical item is shipped.

6. Payments

Paddle processes checkout, payment, applicable taxes and receipts as merchant of record. Your purchase may also be subject to Paddle's buyer terms displayed during checkout. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

7. Household licence

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Protection Kit within one household. You may print copies for that household. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly post, share outside your household, alter for resale or distribute the files through a website, group, marketplace or file-sharing service.

8. Intellectual property

The website, quiz, written material, design, brand and downloadable products are owned by or licensed to End The Phish and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer to you when you access the website or buy a product.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the service at scale or use our content to facilitate fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.

10. Refunds and purchase problems

Our Refund Policy explains how we handle inaccessible, defective, duplicate or materially misdescribed purchases. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Availability and changes

We may correct errors, update content or change features when reasonably necessary. We may suspend access to protect the website or comply with law. If a material change affects an existing purchase, we will respect the rights that applied when the purchase was made.

12. Responsibility and limits

You remain responsible for decisions made after using our educational material. To the extent permitted by law, End The Phish is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on the website or products. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available to you in your country or province.
